Returns
You may cancel a contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. If the goods we deliver are not those ordered or they are faulty please advise us within 3 days of receipt (by calling on the number below) so we can assist in returning them to us at the address below, with any original packaging.
Returned products must be returned to us unused (except where you are returning them because of a fault) and with any original packaging. You are responsible for ensuring that the product is not damaged on its return journey and so we recommend using a recorded delivery service. You will be responsible for the shipping costs unless faulty.
We will normally refund you within 10 working days. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
